How to file a Claim For Storm Damage"

Step 1

Note the date of the hail storm. If you know for sure that you've recently had a hail storm, note the date. You'll need this date to file a claim. If you can take some photos to show the size of the hail and any visible damage for your insurance company.

Step 2

Get a professional opinion from one of our qualified roofing inspectors. If your house was involved in a hail storm it may be difficult to determine if you have damage to your roof from the hail storm. You will need to get a qualified roofing inspector to determine how much damage your property you sustained.

Step 3

One of our Armor roofing inspectors will come out to your property and spend about 10-20 minutes on your property accessing the damage. We will then let you know if you have damage to your property. We then call your Insurance company and start the claim process if you have damage. The insurance company will assign an adjuster to your claim and should call you in about 2-3 days to schedule a time to access the damage. When you have the appointment set call Armor Roofing and let us know so we can have a Certified Armor Roofing Inspector present when the adjuster arrives. We will go over our initial report with him, provide pictures, and assist them in locating all the damage to your property.
